Limit order and market order is about the price that the remisier/dealer enter while key-in the order. Usually investor will choose market order since its follow the market price of the shares.

Dear Alan,
I am sorry. I am not a trader and those functions are used by remisier/dealer/trader when they are using their broker front end (BFE) system. You will have to ask them.
