Bursa announced new companies classified as PN17:

5. Transmile Group Berhad (TRANMIL)
6. Hock Sin Leong Group Berhad (HSLEONG)
Limahsoon Bhd is classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Practice Note 17 (PN17) Paragraph 2.1(f) as the company defaulted in payment and is unable to provide a solvency declaration to Bursa Securities.
It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that its board of directors would formulate a plan to regularise the financial condition of the company.
In a separate statement, it said Bank Pertanian Malaysia Bhd claimed payments totalling RM91.4mil.
Harvest Court Industries Bhd will be uplifted from being classified as a PN17 company effective today, it told the stock exchange yesterday.
The company said the corporate restructuring and fund raising exercise was completed on Nov 26. It said the restructuring scheme to regularise the financial condition of the group was completed on Dec 1.
